BOOST is a crowd-funded pitch competition hosted by the Delta Emerging Leaders, an associate board of the Delta Institute that empowers young leaders to advance innovation and sustainability in Chicago. 

Through its ticket sales and sponsorships, BOOST provides grant funding for social innovation projects around Chicago. Delta looks for projects with high potential for local impact in their mission areas (waste, energy, ecosystems) that typically don't get a lot of attention from traditional fundraising channels.
