Planting Seeds, Growing Racial Equity

From Chicago Wilderness:

Join them as they plant seeds of information to help you in growing racial equity and learn what the Forest Preserves of Cook County is doing to make the outdoors more inclusive. Come and explore what systemic racism is, how equity benefits everyone, and how we can transition from deficit-based thinking to asset-based thinking. This presentation was created from a BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) perspective, includes real life examples and time for courageous conversations with fellow participants.
