Host a green show & tell event at your block party to explore ways we can do our part to support Mother Nature. You can choose from one of the following topics offered by Green Community Connections and friends or design your own event.

Steps to Schedule a Green Event for your Block Party:
Choose the date for your block party and complete the village block party petition.
Then select the option for a Green Block Party and follow the instructions to select your choice of topics. Each of the green block party events described above is a 30-minute interactive show & tell.

“Do It Yourself” Ideas for Green Events at Block Parties:
Another option is to plan a DIY Green Event, where you tap neighbors on your block to do garden tours, explain how their rain barrels work, or even do a voter registration drive.
